At PrettyLitter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward purchases. If your new pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to your package.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a similar secure mailer.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
